*Due to Covid Restrictions, orders may be delayed by 2-3 business days and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.

For purchase transactions, we accept all major credit cards as well as Momo

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
 

We currently ship to all of Asia, Australia, and select countries in and Europe, North America. 

The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes. 


 

RETURNS

We'll send a delivery man to your location to collect products and send you a new product.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
 

–Be returned within 60 days of your delivery date

–Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition ( seam & technical)

–Be returned with original tags and packaging
 

If an error occurs while using the product, please contact us so that we can resolve it.

Giản reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

REFUNDS
 

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
